Tip : change the sensors role

When you pair Senstroke sensors with the dedicated application, it is possible to change their role.

Senstroke sensors pairing

Sensor pairing is an essential step in Senstroke’s configuration process.
It is a quick and easy process to connect the sensors to the Senstroke application, and therefore to your smartphone.
Then, you are free to play with the drum sounds of our application, or follow our tutorials about how to use the sensors with other DAW software.

Visit our configuration page if you want to learn more about how to pair the sensors.

Change the sensors role

During pairing, the sensors are connected one by one in a specific order: left hand, right hand, left foot, right foot.

It is possible to easily change the role of the sensors by following the following instructions.

On Android

Go to the sensor pairing screen.

changer-role-capteurs

The sensors then appear on the screen, with their assigned role. If this is not the case, pair the sensors by following our dedicated configuration page.

Press “role” to change the role of the sensor.

assigner-role-capteur

You can then re-assign a role to the sensor.

Note: It is impossible to have the same role for two sensors.
If you assign a role that another sensor already has, the latter will change to “unassigned”.

For example, if you change the role of a sensor to “left hand” but a sensor already had the role “left hand”, then the latter will change to “unassigned”.

On iOS

Go to the sensor pairing screen.
